If you need to return a product, please begin by completing our Warranty / Returns Form so our team can review your request.
Submitting the form allows us to assess the issue and provide the correct guidance before anything is sent back. In many cases, we can resolve the issue without requiring a return.
Please note that items must not be returned without prior authorisation.

Return Conditions
• Returns for refunds are accepted for unused and sealed items within 30 days of delivery.
• Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns for products where the seal has been broken, unless the item is faulty upon arrival.
• Items must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories included.
• Returns sent without prior authorisation or a valid RMA may be refused.
14 Day Free Returns
If your return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery, we may provide a pre-paid return label for UK and Ireland orders, provided the return qualifies under our return policy.
For international orders, return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please submit the Returns & Warranty Form with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos or a short video showing the fault
