Manufacturer Warranty Information

For each vaporizer, warranty coverage and duration are determined by the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

Most vaporizers include a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, and we typically assist with warranty claims during the first 6 months after purchase. To submit a warranty claim, please complete our Warranty / Returns Form.


Some brands offer extended warranty periods of 2, 5, or even 10 years. The specific warranty terms are normally detailed on the product page.


We are happy to handle the warranty process on many vaporizers during the initial support period. However, some manufacturers require warranty claims to be submitted directly to them, unless the product is faulty upon arrival.


Manufacturer-Handled Warranty Claims

For Arizer products, all warranty claims must first be submitted directly with Arizer to ensure they are properly registered. However, as the UK retail partner, Herbalize Store will handle the replacement once the claim has been approved.

In addition, certain devices, including the Volcano Hybrid, Volcano Classic, and Tinymight 2, must be inspected and repaired directly by the manufacturer. In these cases, you must submit a warranty claim with the manufacturer, who will provide the return shipping label and manage the repair process.


Herbalize Store does not carry out in-house repairs.
