In addition to our Exchange Policy, we also offer a 14-day Refund Policy if you would like to return your order for a refund.


Products returned for a refund must meet the criteria outlined in our 14-day Return Policy.


•    Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.


 • We only accept returns for unused items in their original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that have been used.


 • Items must be returned with all original packaging and any included accessories.


 • Returned products must be shipped back to us within 15 days of receiving your order.


 • Products being returned must have a valid return authorization. Please contact our support team to obtain an RMA before sending your product back.


 • We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if a return does not comply with our Returns Policy.
