Refunds

In addition to our Exchange Policy, you may request a refund provided your return meets the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy.


Change of Mind Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and sealed

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

  • In original condition with all packaging and accessories included


If your return is requested within 14 days of delivery, we will provide a prepaid return label for UK and Ireland orders.

After 14 days, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Opened or unsealed items are not eligible for refund due to hygiene regulations.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please complete our Warranty / Return Request Form. so we can review your case.


Where eligible, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the terms outlined above.

Unopened Change of Mind Return
Email our support team with your order number before sending anything back. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.


Items returned without prior authorisation may be refused.


Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processed within 2–4 business days after inspection

  • Transit time is not included
