You may request an exchange in the following situations:
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Item Received
The product is defective
The item arrived damaged
The wrong product was sent
In these cases, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost once authorised.
Changed Your Mind or Not Fully Satisfied
You may return an item if:
It is unused and sealed
It is returned within 30 days of delivery
All original packaging and accessories are included
14-Day Free Returns (UK & Ireland)
If you request a return within 14 days of delivery, we will provide a prepaid return label for UK and Ireland orders.
After 14 days, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the product has been opened or the seal broken, it is not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene regulations.
How to Request an Exchange
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

Wait for your RMA number and return instructions.
Follow the instructions provided by our support team.

If you wish to return an unopened item due to a change of mind:
Please email our support team with your order number before sending anything back. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Exchanges are subject to full compliance with our Returns Policy.
Items returned without prior authorisation may be refused.
