If there’s a problem with your order, such as a product being defective or the wrong product being sent to you, you can easily exchange it.


Exchanges are subject to our 14 Day Return policy and are accepted in the following circumstances:


    •    The product is defective and does not function correctly.

    •    The product was damaged when you received it.

    •    The wrong product was sent to you.

• You changed your mind or are not 100% happy with your order.*

    ◦   * If you are exchanging an item, for this reason, it must be returned in unopened and sealed packaging, or as received. You will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred to deliver and return the item, however, you will not be charged a restocking fee.

 

How to make a return for exchange?

  2.  Our support team will give you  an email with your RMA number, the instructions and return address. 
  3. Follow the instructions from the email from customer support.
