We will do our best to cancel and refund the order before it is shipped.
If your order has already been shipped:
Please contact the carrier using your tracking number and ask them to refuse the delivery so the parcel is returned to the sender.
If you are unable to have the package returned to our warehouse this way, please contact us again and we will create an RMA for the return so you can send it back for a full refund.
