Delivery dates and times are estimates and are managed directly by the courier once the parcel has been dispatched.


Royal Mail:

You may be able to update your delivery via the tracking page by clicking “Update delivery options.”



Depending on availability, you can:

  • Redirect the parcel to a local Post Office

  • Deliver to a neighbour

  • Change the delivery date

  • In some cases, update the delivery address

Options vary depending on the service used and your postcode.


UPS:

You can manage your delivery by signing up for UPS My Choice.

Please note: Before registering, make sure you select the correct country in the top right corner of the UPS website.




To access full delivery control, please ensure you register using the same email address and phone number used at checkout.

Through UPS My Choice, you may be able to:

  • Change the delivery address

  • Reschedule delivery

  • Request delivery preferences

We do not contact couriers to request delivery updates on behalf of customers.
All delivery changes must be made directly through the courier’s tracking system.
